Health & Fitness: Day 8 + Weekly Weigh-In

Today is the beginning of my 2nd week of my health and fitness journey. The first week was definitely a success! I did the 30 Day Shred 5 out of 7 days plus walking/running 3 of those days. I ate healthy all week with a splurge here and there to keep me on track. I love sweets, I mean really love them. If I cut them out all together, I know I will end up eating an entire cake to make up for it. I can't get rid of sweets. So I've had something sweet here and there to keep my sweet tooth satisfied. I have also cut out fast food all together. I was eating fast food at least once or twice a week. I actually haven't eaten food that wasn't prepared at home in over a week. I really like knowing what is in my food so making it at home is just easier for weight loss and healthy living. 

My first week of my journey has paid off- I lost 3 lbs. I feel stronger and have more energy. I'm in a better mood because I feel good and more of my favorite clothes fit again!

Day 1 Weigh-In:
148 lbs.
Day 8 Weigh-In:
145 lbs. for a total weight loss of 3 lbs!!
First Goal Weight:
140 lbs. (pre-Olivia weight)
Second Goal Weight:
135 lbs.
