Health & Fitness: Day 30

Today is my 30th day of my health and fitness journey. I've updated daily on my exercise and health(ier) eating habits. Once I complete 30 full days of the 30 Day Shred (I have 6 days to go), I'll do a weekly update on my journey. I started blogging about my health and fitness journey to help hold me accountable. It definitely has helped. I'm not sure how many people actually read these posts but it doesn't matter. The idea that someone *might* be checking in to see how I'm doing keeps me motivated.

Day 30 Exercise:
-20 minutes of the 30 Day Shred Level 3
