Health & Fitness: Day 16

I've made it 16 days. Out of 16 days, I've worked out 13 days. Not bad. But level 2 is pretty tough. Yesterday during the 30 Day Shred, Jillian says you probably feel like your going to die... um, yes Jillian, that's EXACTLY how I feel! My goodness, it's no joke. Goodbye chubby tummy, hello abs!

-20 minutes of the 30 Day Shred
