Health & Fitness: Day 6

Last night I lived up to what I said I would do, I went for a walk/run around the neighborhood. It only lasted 20 minutes. My sweet little one needed me back so that she could eat but it was nice to get away for just a little while. I did a combination of walking and running and got in about a mile. So far, so good today too. I did the 30 Day Shred this morning and I've eaten well. This was my snack:
Day 6 Exercise:
20 minutes of the 30 Day Shred

Hopefully I'll sneak in another walk/run this evening if the weather and babies cooperate! :)
