Happy Friday! I hope y'all have had a great week! This has been a crazy week for me and I'm so super excited for the weekend. I have lots of relaxing and fun planned, including celebrating my friend's birthday with tacos and margaritas!

Today, I'm sharing my weekly roundup of what I'm Currently Loving and I'm really loving this week's finds so much! Leopard print, pink, comfy, and cozy. My favorites!

Which of this week's picks is your favorite?!

1. H A I R  T I E | An easy way to make a simple outfit (or you gym attire) feel new and more exciting is with hair accessories. I love this hair tie for adding to a pony tail or bun!

2. B R A C E L E T | Bracelets are probably my very favorite type of jewelry to wear. Every single day, I'm wearing at least four... sometimes even more. This one from Kendra Scott is beautiful and it's for a great cause. Now through Friday, January 17, 50% of proceeds from this style will directly support Australia and Puerto Rico’s natural disaster relief efforts.

3. T O P | This top is such a great, budget friendly basic. It's under $20 and comes in several different colors. I plan on adding this gray one to my closet!

4. B A G | I bought a super similar bag over the summer and I am loving this one too! I love these canvas totes. They are so well made and they hold all of the things! This leopard print is so fun.

5. S W I M S U I T | Yes, I am sharing a swimsuit in January! I don't think it's ever the wrong time to swimsuit shop, especially if you have any exciting vacations coming up this winter or early spring. All of the best suits seem to be sold out when I really need one for summertime. I am absolutely loving everything about this suit! It's full coverage with a wrap design... and leopard print!

6. S W E A T E R | I am always drawn to cream colored sweaters and I really love the unique style of this one. It's also an affordable Target find!

7. S N E A K E R S | Since I try to get to the gym five days a week and I wear sneakers to work everyday, I invest in comfortable shoes. The older I get, the more I realize the importance of comfy footwear! I really love the style and colors of this pair. Nike's are my favorite shoe for exercise!

8. J E A N S | I shared these jeans earlier in the week for my Five Favorites and I'm sharing them again because I love them so much! These jean are on the pricey side but once you invest in a pair of denim from Madewell, you will be hooked. I love the fit, the quality, and the style of this pair so much! I sized down two sizes in these to get the best fit (one size down from your normal Madewell size if you have tried their denim before). This new pair is my absolute favorite! I wore them Friday, Saturday, and Sunday!

Thank you so much for visiting! I hope you have a great weekend!

Instagram Roundup .195

Happy Wednesday! I hope you are having a great week so far! This has been a good week for me except for the crazy back pain that I experienced on Monday. I have no idea what happened but I must have hurt it during my workout class.  Thankfully, it's feeling so much better now but I am still taking it easy as far as lifting goes. Getting older is rough, y'all!

Today, I'm sharing my weekly Instagram Roundup, including my outfits from last week. See if you can find the pop of leopard print in almost every single one of this pictures! I literally wear some form of leopard print just about every single day, particularly in the fall and winter (...even though it's actually just felt like spring in North Carolina for the past week or so).

Five Favorites .07

five favorites, nc blogger, north carolina blogger, style on a budget, lifestyle blogger
Happy Monday! I hope you had a wonderful weekend! It's supposed to be a rainy week here in North Carolina and I'm already craving some sunshine. It's been awhile since I've shared Five Favorites so I wanted to kick this week off with a new post with five things that I am currently loving and enjoying. I'd also love to hear what you are loving, too!

One of my biggest goals for 2020 is to read through the Bible in one year. I have literally wanted to accomplish this for years and I feel like now is definitely the time to really make it happen! I found this great reading plan that takes you through the Bible chronologically in one year. It's called The Bible Recap and they also have an accompanying podcast (365 episodes) that explains the reading from each day in a way that you will understand. I'm 13 days in and I'm loving it! Bonus: all of these materials are totally free to use.

I just got this fun pink sneakers using a gift card from Christmas and I am loving them! I do Body Pump three times a week, which is high repetitions of weights that really gets your heart rate up. These shoes are perfect for training and HIIT workouts! They are super comfortable and fit true to size. They come in several colors but I really loved this pink pair!

One of my favorite ways to unwind at the end of the day is with a warm bath. What's even better than a bath? A bath that includes a bath bomb from Lush. They are the very best bath bombs that I have ever tried! They smell amazing. Anytime my husband wants to get me a gift, he has a box of my favorite bath bombs shipped the house!

I'm sharing more about Reconsidered Goods on my Instagram Stories today but I also wanted to highlight this business here on the blog as well. It's such a fun shop filled with second hand treasures, craft supplies, and so much more. You've got to check it out if you are in the Triad area! Check out my finds below (all of this was around $11):

These jean are on the pricey side but once you invest in a pair of denim from Madewell, you will be hooked. I love the fit, the quality, and the style of this pair so much! I sized down two sizes in these to get the best fit (one size down from your normal Madewell size if you have tried their denim before). This new pair is my absolute favorite! I wore this Friday, Saturday, and Sunday!

Thank y'all so much for visiting! I hope you have a wonderful day!

Currently Loving .165

Happy Friday! I hope you've had a great week! We are kicking off the weekend by going to our first ever hockey game as a family. I'm not much of a hockey fan but we got free tickets and we are always up for a new experiences. I'm sure it will be an entertaining event! The girls are pretty excited about going. Yay for the weekend!

Today, I'm sharing my weekly roundup of what I'm Currently Loving! Some of these items I already own (and love) and the other are things that are on my wish list... or already in my shopping cart.

Which of this week's picks is your favorite?!

1. P A N T S | How cute are these pants?! I bought a super similar pair last year in black and I absolutely loved them. I love this year's version! The fit is true to size. You can see the six different ways I styled them last season in this post.

2. E A R R I N G S | These earrings are on super sale! How fun would these earrings be for Valentine's Day?! I love them!

3. T O P | I bought this top back in November and it's definitely one of my most worn items in my closet. I have worn it so much! The fit is pretty true to size but I would size up one if you are in between sizes. It's also on sale for an additional 40% off!

4. S N E A K E R S | I'm all about some white sneakers. They are so versatile! I have a super similar pair that I wear nearly every single day to work and on the weekends. They are great with jeans in the winter and perfect to wear with dresses or skirts in the spring!

5. M U L E S | If you are looking for a great budget friendly animal print shoe, these are it! I really love the style of this pair. They would make any outfit so much more fun!

6. S W E A T S H I R T | This sweatshirt has literally been sitting in my shopping cart for months. I love the graphic and the reviews are great. I'm planning to finally add this to my closet ASAP!

7. B A G | If you looking for a bag that will last forever and go with everything, this is it or really any of these classic transport totes. I have this one and I absolutely love it! It holds so much with being bulky or overwhelming. Also, the quality is amazing and the leather just gets better and better as the days go by. Such a great bag!

8. B R A C E L E T | This bracelet is currently in my everyday "arm party" and I love the wrap style! I've been wearing this bracelet nonstop since August and it's still in perfect condition.

Thanks so much for visiting! I hope you have a great weekend!

Happy Wednesday! I hope you are having a great week so far! This week was back to reality; the girls went back to school/dance and I went back to work. Let the busyness of life begin again! It's been good to get back into a routine but I am so tired. Winter break was so relaxing and I miss it!

Today, I'm sharing my first Instagram Roundup in weeks! I took some time off from regular blogging during our break and as we got back into regular life this week. I have lots of outfits and photos from Instagram to share from the past couple of weeks!
