I've completed day 1. Yay! I woke up feeling less than motivated. I have been feeling kind of down for some reason today. I hoped that exercise would boost my mood but not quite. I hope I shake these blues away, fast!
Day 1 Exercise:
20 minutes of the 30 Day Shred
15 minutes walking on treadmill
The 30 Day Shred pretty much kicked my booty. I kept up better than I thought I would, especially considering I haven't worked out in almost a year. But it was tough. It made it even more interesting with a toddler either "working out" with me, getting into something she shouldn't, or making fun of me. But I did it!
Day 1 Weigh-In:
148 lbs. (actually down a pound over the weekend!)
First Goal Weight:
140 lbs.
Second Goal Weight:
135 lbs.
I've done well with food today. I threw away the rest of our anniversary cake- maybe that's what I'm sad?! Haha! My main focus is eating healthier, not necessary eating less. I'm breastfeeding so I still need to get 300-500 extra calories. I just have to eat smart calories. Hoping the rest of the day is successful, I feel happier, and I'm more motivated tomorrow...
