Today was my 8th (full) day of level 2 of the 20 Day Shred. I'm going to do level 2 for 2 more days and then move on to level 3. I have completed 18 full workouts of the 30 Day Shred. I haven't decided what I'll do after I complete the 30 days. I may continue to use the workouts in rotation but I want to start running again. My goal is to complete the Fall Festival 5k in October.
