Health & Fitness: Day 12

Today is day 12 of my health and fitness journey. My workout wasn't quite so hard today. Trust me, I felt it but I made it through it much easier today than yesterday. We all slept much better last night so that was definitely made it easier. Exercise is happening everyday. I'm pretty proud of myself for not skipping out on it. Healthy eating is going well too- except I really love peanut butter. I didn't realize how many calories were in reduced fat peanut butter so I have to watch just how much I'm eating at a time. It's so good on apples! Last night, we had grilled shrimp kabobs for dinner. So delicious and healthy, too!

Day 12 Exercise:
-30 Day Shred, Day 10 of Level 1. I will be starting Level 2 tomorrow and continue it for the next 10 days.
