Health & Fitness: Day 7

Today is my seventh day on my health and fitness journey. I am quite proud of myself. I have completed 5 days of the 30 Day Shred within my first week. I already feel better and stronger plus I have more energy! I must be showing what I'm feeling because I had several people mention how good I looked at church this morning. Yay for results!

I've eaten well so far today- Sunday's are leftover day so we clean out the fridge for the upcoming week's meals. I have a healthy week of meals planned for next week.

I didn't go walking last night. It was simply too hot. At 8:30pm it was still in the 90s! Craziness! If it cools down some tonight, I might go walk. We'll just have to wait and see.

Day 7 Exercise:
-20 minutes of the 30 Day Shred
