Health & Fitness: Day 25

Today I completed level 2 of the 30 Day Shred. I've been on my health & fitness journey for 25 days but there were a few days I didn't work out at all or I didn't complete the full 20 minute workout. Today was my 20th day of the 30 Day Shred and my 10th day of level 2. Moving on to level 3 tomorrow. Wish me luck!

-20 minutes of the 30 Day Shred Level 2
