vacation vibes

It's Monday morning and I am missing the beach. We spent a long weekend in Oak Island and Southport. The vibe is relaxed there and it's so quiet. The perfect family vacation spot with plenty of fun things to do and see. Southport is where the movie Safe Haven was filmed and it's such a cute little town overlooking the water. I loved it and could live there.

I packed very light for this trip, mostly because I procrastinated the packing process until about two hours before we were leaving. I packed just a few pieces of jewelry, three swimsuits, a purse and a clutch, flip flops and Jack Rogers, and three outfits. I lived in comfy clothes, no makeup, and a ponytail {mainly because I need to get my hair done}. We are already planning our next trip to the coast. I can't wait to go back!
