Our Olivia Grace is now 2 years old! We celebrated her birthday on Friday with breakfast at Chick-Fil-A, playtime and pictures at the park, cookies from Central Bakery, a trip to the Greensboro Children's Museum, and a pizza dinner at Mellow Mushroom. It was a fun day with so many memories made!
Olivia is finally somewhat sleeping through the night but she still wakes up occasionally for nighttime snuggles with daddy. She loves her daddy so much!
She enjoys eating and her favorite foods are spaghetti, pizza, strawberries, yogurt, grapes, and cheese. We also celebrated nursing for two whole years on her birthday! I am so proud of being able to breastfeed her for this long. We are down to only one nursing session per day, right before bed.
Livi loves playing outside and going to the park. She loves to run, swing, slide, draw with chalk, and play with bubbles.
Lollipops are her favorite treat. She calls them "pop pops" and prefers one over cake or cookies.
Olivia has the best teacher: her big sister. Julianna has taught Olivia to count up to 13 and how to say her ABCs (not perfectly). She is also teaching her colors and many different songs right now. It's so sweet to see Olivia learning from her. She speaks mostly in phrases and sentences now and seems to learn a new word or pick up on something different every day. We are so proud of her.
Olivia, you are so loving, smart, and super silly! You bring so much joy and happiness to our family! You amaze us everyday with the things you do and say. You love to snuggle but you know how to stand up for yourself. the perfect blend of sugar and spice. We love you so much! Happy second birthday!
