Weekly Meal Plan: August 20-26

Monday- Mexican Turkey Burgers: with beans.

Tuesday- Skinny Salisbury Steak:

Wednesday- Grilled Flatbread Pizza:

Thursday- Grilled tilapia with streamed veggies.

Friday- Whole wheat spaghetti with tomato sauce and ground chicken.

Saturday- Leftovers/Eat Out

Sunday- Chicken, red skin potatoes, and green beans
