Layer it up with a neutral colored cardigan for the last of the cold weather, leggings, and riding boots. Then wear it with cuffed denim and sandals when the weather warms up. I absolutely LOVE the floral + stripe one below and I'm pretty sure I'll have to add it to my closet. Last season, Anthropologie sold a very similar top for a lot more money.
