What to Wear for Valentine's Day

Hey y'all! I am sharing a bonus post today because I've teamed up with four awesome ladies (Erin, Courtney, and Brittany) to share some style inspiration for Valentine's Day! I personally own zero red in my closet. It's my least favorite color but I do love some pink and heart shaped jeweled, like I mentioned today in my Currently Loving post. I will be hanging out of my husband and kids on Valentine's Day so any of the looks I've put together will totally work for me. Everything is casual yet put together, which is my favorite way to dress!

This sweater was featured today in my currently loving post and it's my new favorite! The color is beautiful and I absolutely love the style. It runs a little big, which I love so I stuck with my normal size, a small. I paired it with a gray bodysuit, the very best skinny jeans (true to size, flattering, hold you on, and comfortable), leopard boots, and a round crossbody bag to complete the look. I loved this outfit so much that I am totally just wearing this exact look today!

I styled this look completely around these heels. I bought them last year from Old Navy and they are such a fun pair to have on hand. I really love a block heel! I love pairing dressy pieces with casual so I really love how the heels look with the distressed denim. I completed the look with a closet staple, a black turtleneck and a pop of leopard, of course. I think this outfit would be so cute for a date!

If you a neutral kind of girl and own zero pink or red then this look is for you. A fun dress, denim jacket, and ankle boots made a little more festive with heart shaped gold jewelry! I have linked some great heart shaped jewels at the bottom of this post. If you are wanting to look a little festive on Valentine's Day without buying a whole new outfit, just add some heart shaped pieces to accessorize an outfit that you already own.

Staying home on Valentine's Day? No worries, I've got you covered too! This comfy, casual look will take you from everyday errands to a date on the couch. The color of the top makes it feel more festive for Valentine's Day and I love the relaxed fit. I'm wearing a small and it does run a little oversized but I stuck with my regular size so it would be leggings friendly. White sneakers and my medium transport tote complete the look (my bag strap is sold out again but Madewell has so many new ones that I love, too)! The macrame one I shared today is on my wish list!
