Happy Wednesday! I hope you're having a good week! I have been the past couple of days getting us organized and cleaning out. I know that once dance and school starts, I won't have as much time to get this kind of stuff done so I am taking full advantage of the last relaxed days of summertime. One of the things I knew I needed to get done is a family calendar for the kitchen. With all of our crazy, busy schedules, I needed a place that was easy for me to glance at on the way out the door and for my husband to know what's going on (and who he needs to pick up). I'm thankful that I have about a month to get used to our new normal before I go back to work consistently in October.
Today, I'm sharing my weekly Instagram Roundup. It's still full on summer weather here but I anxious to wear some of my new fall pieces so I been incorporating them in ways that won't make me melt because it is ninety degrees in North Carolina. Also, in case you missed it, I shared some great budget friendly finds for end of summer and fall in this post!
Life is about to get very busy! Back to school season is upon us and I'm taking PTO again at the girls' new school. I'm excited for this new adventure!
As soon as I saw this online, I knew I had to have them! I bought a super cheap pair last year and literally wore them out so I felt good about investing in these. However, I feel like the price is great for how high quality these shoes are. I sized up a half size for the best fit.
Last week, the girls and I went to the zoo. We had the awesome opportunity to watch the seal and sea lion training session. It was incredible and we learned so much!
A little black dress is always a great idea! I paired my new leopard mules with this great dress for an easy yet put together look for getting my hair done.
What's better than a Summer Friday?! Well, maybe a Summer Saturday!
We made a stop at the farmers' market on Saturday... mostly just to pick up this gorgeous bouquet of blooms. I love having fresh flowers in the house!
My weekend uniform... a comfy top and cut offs. This peplum top is one of my most worn pieces in my closet. I own it in two colors!
Thank you so much for stopping by! Have a wonderful day!
