Velvet Boyfriend Tee

Happy Tuesday! I hope your week is off to a great start! Today, I am styling this velvet boyfriend tee that I shared in my last Currently Loving post. I stumbled upon it during a random visit to the the Abercrombie website (while I was watching the updated version of 90210 on Netflix-- anyone else watched this?! It's definitely a guilty pleasure of mine). I have been searching for a pink velvet top (even though I wasn't sure if velvet was for me) for fall and winter. I was looking for something that is wearable for everyday that could be dressed up if I wanted to. This top was exactly what I was looking for! I've already worn it twice and it's only owned it since Thursday!

I dressed it down with my favorite distressed skinny jeans, look for less loafers (under $25), and a plaid shirt tied around my waist for the unpredictable fall weather. Now that I have this gorgeous top, I am absolutely loving velvet right now! I also recently purchased this one and I can't wait to style it too! I am also loving this budget friendly velvet pieces:
