spring cheat sheet + thredUP

Anyone else craving spring?! Winter isn't too bad for a few weeks but I'm over it now. Like I said yesterday, I don't like wearing coats so winter just isn't for me. You might have also noticed that I have been wearing pops of pink pretty much every single day even though I typically wear neutrals during the winter. Today, I am bringing you my cheat sheet for transitioning your wardrobe into spring!

To help me with this cheat sheet, I've teamed up with thredUP! What's thredUp? thredUP is the easiest way to save money on great women's and kids' clothing brands and sell clothes for cash. It's like a consignment store, but simpler. On thredUP you can refresh your entire wardrobe online without ever leaving your house. If you've followed my blog for awhile, you know that I started this whole outfit posting business with almost only thrifted pieces during a time when I didn't have much money to spend on clothing or accessories.

So here's my cheat sheet for transitioning into spring...

1. Add some color! I chose these bright pink accessories from thredUP to really make a statement. Start adding color into your winter wardrobe to make transitioning into spring a breeze. I tied my scarf onto my black tote for instant pop of color. Not a fan of pink? Try lavender, turquoise, or yellow!

2. Lightweight sweaters. This sweater from J. Crew is lightweight enough to wear alone during the spring but for winter it still needs a layer on top. Look for pieces that you can wear now and later.

3. Incorporate your winter favorites into your spring wardrobe. These ankle boots are so comfortable so I can see myself moving them into spring with a swing dress!

4. White pants. Y'all, you can wear all white year! At least I do! White pants instantly brighten up your look. The brighter, the better.

5. Denim jackets. I tend to only bring mine out in the spring and fall but denim jackets are perfect for layering with. Layer now or wear it with a flowy floral tank when the weather warms up.
