camel + buffalo

Camel + buffalo and I'm not talking about the animals. I'm talking about this amazing camel colored pea coat from Old Navy and this beautiful buffalo skirt from J. Crew Factory

I have always wanted a pea coat but truth be told, I'm cheap and I didn't want to pay $100+ for one. This one is affordable and the perfect neutral color to match any outfit. I also love how it's fancy enough to wear with a dress but casual enough to wear with a pair of jeans, too.

And the skirt... y'all know I love some plaid! Especially buffalo plaid. I love the boldness of the pattern. When I spotted this pleated mini skirt, I knew it had to come home with me. It runs a little big so you can size down one size... which is always fun for us ladies!

These absolutely amazing photos were taken by the gorgeous + talented Samantha from Life & Messy Hair. She is in the beginning stages of starting a photography business and she took these pictures (as well as family pictures) this past Saturday. If you are local and need a photographer, be sure to check her out. Thanks for the photos, Samantha!
