My November Purchases

Hey y'all! I hope your week is off to a great start! Today, I'm going to be sharing my November purchases with y'all. I used to share my favorite monthly purchases here on the blog (probably about a year ago or so) but I stopped doing that when I stopped purchasing as much stuff. I used to round up my favorite items that I purchased but if I purchased it and kept it then that means that I really loved it! I hope that makes sense. I'm much more selective on what makes the cut! Weekly, I share my roundup of what I'm Currently Loving and I just want you to know that I never purchase all of the items that I love. Sometimes I might buy one thing, none, two or three, or I already own (and love) some of the items that I am sharing. I have become so much more thoughtful about what I spend my money on over the last 12-18 months. I also encourage you to be thoughtful as well! Before I add an item of clothing to my closet, I always ask myself a few questions... 

How often will I get use out of this item?

If this item practical for my lifestyle?

Do I want to buy this because I love it or because someone else has it?

How long will this item last in my closet?

Am I buying this only because it's on sale?

Can I style this item with pieces that I already own?

I used to buy so many things without walking through these questions and it left me with a closet of items that I never used. So many things that were a total waste of money! So now, I'm more thoughtful (not perfect but much better than before) about what I choose to spend money on. So, here's what I bought that month that made it thoughtfully into my closet:

P U F F E R  J A C K E T

I had a major shortage in my closet of jackets, especially a jacket that I could wear everyday. I got this budget friendly one at the beginning of November and I have already worn it so much! I throw it on pretty much every single morning over my gym clothes and to take the kids to school. I love this pink color but it also comes in lots of other colors. I found the fit to be true to size.

L E O P A R D  A N K L E  B O O T S

These ankle boots were my birthday gift from my husband and I absolutely love it! They instantly make a simple outfit so much more fun... and sassy. I usually wear an 8.5 in boots but the size 8 was the best fit for me. Hello, new favorite boots!

C A R D I G A N  T O P

I have been loving the look of a cardigan front tucked into denim but I just couldn't find a cardigan that I liked to wear as a top. Until I found this one! The material is so soft and not like a sweater at all. I found the fit to be true to size.

L E G G I N G S 

I needed another pair of workout leggings and these checked off all of my boxes! High waisted, comfortable, 7/8 length, black, and they have pockets (I absolutely love pockets). The price is right and they fit true to size. They are my new favorite leggings for working out!

M E T A L L I C  D O T  T O P

I'm not a red and green kind of festive girl so when I spotted this top, I knew it was the holiday top for me! It has just enough sparkle to make it feel festive but could totally be worn year round as well. The fit is super flattering and it's just a great little top in your closet! It runs true to size.

T A L L  B O O T S

I have been wanting a good pair of tall boots for quite awhile. I wanted something that was tall but not over the knee tall to wear with jeans, leggings, and dresses this season. These are absolutely perfect! A great price for the quality and they are super comfortable. Such an amazing pair of boots! They run true to size.
