LOFT Try On Session

Hey y'all! I hope you had a wonderful weekend! On Saturday, I ran into LOFT to check out some of their new arrivals in person and I found so many things that I loved. So, I grabbed a few things and headed to the dressing room... while my husband entertained the kids in the pet store next door (I think he almost bought a puppy, lol). I honestly loved every single thing I tried on but I was responsible and only walked out of the store with two of these items. I still may have to get the other things that I didn't buy over the weekend! So much good stuff!

Peplum Top | How pretty and feminine is this top?! I absolutely love white tops for spring and summer. The eyelet details and the peplum hem couldn't be cuter! I'm trying on a size small and it runs just a little big. I would definitely either stick to your regular size or size down one size if you want a slightly more fitted look.

Striped Dress | I rekindle my love for dresses every single spring. Dresses are just so easy to throw on and go by simply adding cute sandals or heels. The material of this one is so soft! I tried on a size small and I found the fit to be true to size.

Side Tie Tee | This top is actually designed to be worn as a crew neck but I wanted to see how it looked turned around and I actually loved it more this way. So, I'd call it reversible! I love the dainty tie on the side and the fabric is so soft on this one too. I sized up to a medium for a more relaxed fit.

Shorts and Tee | This pattern caught my eye as soon as I walked into the store! It also comes in a few other items besides the shorts and I love this top too! The shorts are so comfortable plus they have pockets, which is a big plus. I tried on a size four and the fit was true to size for me. I paired them with a black tee that I sized up one size in. 

Striped Tee | This tee is the main reason I went into LOFT because I knew it was one of their new arrivals. I am currently loving colorful stripes this season and I needed to see this in person. I loved the fabric colors and the quality of the fabric. I pretty much always size up one size in t-shirts because I like them to fit loosely plus I like the ability to tuck them in or knot them if I want to. I am trying on the size medium in this tee. Also, keep in mind that it is made out of 100% cotton so it could definitely shrink when you wash it, which is another reason I would recommend sizing up.
