Sun Bum

Today is all about a line of amazing products called Sun Bum! I have not always been so serious about sun protection. During high school and college, I was the girl who had an unlimited monthly package at the nearest tanning salon. I even did those little hearts stickers to see just how amazingly tan I was getting. The novelty of being tan wore off for me when I became a mother and wanted nothing more than to protect my daughters in every single possible way- especially their precious skin! I have always been pretty good about making sure their skin was protected but not always as good about my own. 
My awesome stylist, Kahli, shared these products with me and asked me to share + review them here on my blog. Below you will find my personal and honest review of each of the products. Beach Formula Sea Spray | This product protects your hair from UV rays and it gives tons of texture! I loved being able to achieve beachy waves even though I wasn't anywhere near the beach. My hair didn't feel sticky or stiff or dry. Bonus: it smells amazing!

3 in 1 Leave In Hair Treatment | I have used this product every single day since I got it! It's also UV-protecting and it's safe for color treated hair. I have seen a noticeable difference in my hair since using it. My hair tends to get frizzy from using my flat iron on a regular basis but it's been so much better with this leave in treatment. Again, this product smells so good!

Sunscreen Lip Balm | I haven't ever really tried many sunscreen lip balms so I'm glad to have this one on hand now. It's super important to protect your lips just like you protect your skin. It goes on smoothly and makes your lips feel so soft. It's the perfect lip balm to use when you know you're going to be outdoors for an extended period of time. I love the mango flavor I tried!

Moisturizing Sunscreen Lotion | I was thrilled to try Sun Bum's sunscreen because it's paraben free, hypoallergenic, anti aging, oil free, and it doesn't clog your pores. My girls have very sensitive skin so I have to be careful what I use on them. I have used this on myself and my daughters several times within the last week with no skin irritation. It goes on like lotion, absorbs quickly, and isn't greasy. I give it two thumbs up! I can't wait to use all of these amazing products at the beach!
