I am currently loving keychains and bag charms! They are such an easy and fun way to make an old bag feel new again. I also love keychains because it helps you spot your keys in your bag much quicker... especially the pom pom clips! I just ordered that $5 tassel keychain- I couldn't resist the pop of hot pink! Which one is your favorite?!

make a wish list

Being a "fashion blogger" I post a lot of things I like or things I already have. Sometimes it's tempting to what to purchase items that I don't necessarily need at all. To keep myself in check, I always create a wish list of things that I would like to have. I am never going to actually purchase them all but it keeps me from buying other things that I don't really love. Impulse shopping gets me in trouble and I typically regret my purchases because they weren't thoroughly planned out. I've literally had some of these items on my list for months! I'm trying to narrow down my favorite item for this month's wish list purchase.

It's currently snowy/icy outside so I am enjoying the warmth of my house + praying that the power doesn't go out! In North Carolina, we get more ice than snow and lots of wintertime power outages. I'm taking advantage of this day at home by cleaning out and decorating for Valentine's Day! I am a BIG fan of holidays. I love any reason to celebrate! Valentine's Day is full of heart shaped everything, sweet stuff, pink + red, flower power, and LOVE! What's not to like about it?! Today I wanted to share seven of my favorite items that I am currently loving. I own all of these items and really do love them all!

 The sequin clutch adds the perfect touch of sparkle to any outfit. The Kendra Scott earrings are my go-to when I need a quick pop of color. The gray tote bag is my favorite purse right now. The color seriously just goes with anything and the bag is perfectly roomy without being too big. The cardigan is so cozy and amazing quality for the price! The boots are extremely comfortable... so comfortable that I can wear them for hours on end without any discomfort. The Naked eye shadow palette is a must have. I use it every single day. The nail polish is super cheap in price but amazing in quality. It dries incredibly fast, the shape of the brush is perfect, and it comes in so many gorgeous color options.

Anyone else craving warm temperatures, sandals, and skirts? I know I am.  Today I'm sharing my most recent buys for spring and summer. Before I make a purchase, I put items on my wish list then add them to my online cart. I rarely buy things before letting them sit in my online cart for a day or so. The embellished sandals were an exception. J. Crew sells an almost identical pair of these sandals that I was loving last year and I saw them again this year for $200. Last week, I was browsing Target's website and found a look for less option that was about $20. Sold. I can't wait to style these pretty sandals all spring and summer.
