Happy Monday! I hope you all had a wonderful weekend! On Friday night, we tried a new Greek restaurant called Nazareth Bread Company and we loved it! They are also known for their macarons so we are going to have to go back and try them next time. When I see local girls post yummy food on Instagram, I always add the name of the restaurant to my list of places to go to in my notes on my phone. When we are feeling stuck about where to go eat, we pick a place and try it. It's an easy fix to that never ending "where do you want to eat" conversation.
Speaking of trying new things, last week I met up with my blogger friends, Samantha and Carolyn, for coffee and photos. I had a lavender latte for the first time and it was amazing! I never even realized a such thing existed! Samantha took these gorgeous photos for me so if you are local and looking for a photographer (for any occasion), she's your girl!
I have had this top for several years but it's one of those pieces that you just have to hang onto. I am notoriously cleaning out my closet: giving things away to friends or family, donating them to charity, or selling them at a yard sale so you know I really love something when it passes the clean out test time after time. I bought it at Anthropologie and their clothing is just the best quality. You definitely get what you pay for! I love the floral mesh with the striped layer underneath. Instant pattern mixing. I paired this statement top with my favorite dark denim, black boots, and my black leather crossbody bag. I feel like this print just screams Valentine's Day to me! I plan to keep this floral top forever or until it's unwearable, lol.
I hope you all have a great week!
