Happy Wednesday! If you follow me over on Pinterest (which is my favorite place to hang out on the internet) then you know that I am currently pinning all of the pretty flowers, tons of delicious food, cute outfits, and all things pink (as always) and all things Christmas. I am ditching most of my traditional red and green holiday decor and swapping it out for gold, silver, white, and of course, pink! I have been finding so many fun ideas in that color scheme over on Pinterest. There's always so much inspiration and that's why it's my favorite! I wish it would have been around when I planned my wedding ten years ago!
Today, I'm rounding up some of my most recent photos from Instagram, including the front porch that is winter ready. I also have an adorable little pink Christmas tree that I recently added as well!
Hey y'all! I hope your week is off to a great start! Yesterday, I discovered the best time to grocery shop. Eight o'clock on a Monday morning! The place was literally empty which made that chore a lot less annoying, lol. I also started my week off with a great Body Pump workout at the YMCA. I actually look forward to this workout and I don't dread going! Woo hoo!
Today, I'm styling a gorgeous leopard print dress from Old Navy. You might remember seeing this dress in my Budget Friendly Holiday Dresses post from a couple of weeks ago. I had to have this leopard dress because it's such a versatile piece! You can dress it up with glitter heels and statement earrings for a holiday party. Or you can keep it casual with a denim jacket and sneakers. In today's post, I'm styling in between casual and dressed up with a cozy cardigan and over the knee heeled boots. I originally tried this dress on in an extra small (a size smaller than I normally wear in dresses) and it fit but it was pretty fitted. I ordered it online in a size small and I love the looser (yet still fitted) look. I also love this gray leopard print! It's the perfect neutral!
Thank you so much for stopping by! Have a great Tuesday!
Happy Monday! I hope you have all had a wonderful weekend! Our weekend was filled with too much food (chicken and dumplings, queso and chips, pizza, mac and cheese, bacon, and mint chocolate chip cheesecake), shopping, a trip to the farmer's market, finishing up our Christmas lights and decorations, and some much needed family time!
Today, I'm sharing my latest Old Navy try ons! Below I'm sharing some of my current Old Navy favorites plus fit information. I always love their budget friendly stylish pieces!
Footwear at Old Navy only comes in whole sizes so fit can be super tricky for those of us who wear a half size. I'm normally an 8.5 but the size 8 worked for me in this sparkly flats.
This sweatshirt is so soft and so cozy! I sized up one size to a medium and I love how it fits. Such a great closet staple that can be dressed up or down!
After I tried this sweater on, I had to have it! The fabric is such good quality and super soft. I tried on a size medium but I ended up ordering a small in a tall size online to wear with leggings. This sweater does fit true to size. The jeans fit true to size and are so comfortable! I'm wearing a size four in the denim.
How gorgeous is this jumpsuit?! It would be so pretty to wear for your upcoming holiday events with a pair of black heels and gold statement earrings. I tried on a size small and found it to fit true to size.
This is such a great cardigan, especially for the price! The quality is amazing and it's so cozy. I tried on a size small in the cardigan and it definitely runs true to size. The skirt is so perfect for the holiday season! It also fits true to size and I'm wearing a small.
This is such a cute dress! I love the sleeves and the polka dot detail. This is another great holiday dress up that would be so cute with glitter heels and some extra sparkle! I tried on a small and it was pretty form fitting. I would recommend sizing up one size in this one for the perfect fit.
This striped cardigan was one of my favorite items that I tried on this week! It's such a classic piece that you will get so much use out of. I love stripes! The cardigan and the super soft velvet cami fit true to size. I'm wearing a size small in both.
Happy Friday! I hope you've had a great week! I'm pretty sure that the UPS man and our mail carrier aren't big fans of me right now, lol. I literally did all of my Christmas/Disney World shopping online last weekend so all of the packages have been flooding in this week. I have had to assure my husband everyday that all of this stuff wasn't for me but of course it always arrives when he's at home and I'm not.
Today, I'm rounding up my weekly picks for what I am currently loving. Basically it's the same theme as always: comfortable and casual with a hint of glam.
1. Leopard Tote | I absolutely love this tote bag! Leopard print is my favorite print of all time. I think I need this bag in my life!
2. Gold Cuff | I love to layer dainty cuffs and bracelets. This one comes in gold and silver plus it's only $14! I'm adding this to my shopping cart asap.
3. Long Sweatshirt | Give me all of the cozy sweatshirts, especially if they are blush pink! I saw this one in store last weekend and it's so super soft. I was waiting for the cyber week sales to scoop it up! I'll personally be sizing up one size for a leggings friendly fit.
4. Waffle Knit Cardigan | My coworker was wearing this yesterday and it's even prettier in person! The knit material is super soft and I love this shade of pink.
5. Oversized Thermal | Oversized tops are my favorite! I love the button detail plus this top can be worn tied or untied. It's so versatile and comes in tons of colors!
6. Gray Sweater | I have a thing for basic gray sweaters. They are just so classic and easy to style! I love the length of this one. Such a great closet staple!
7. Gold Glitter Flats | These have been on my wish list since last year. The gold glitter is just gorgeous! I think they would be super cute with jeans or even with a fancier look for a holiday party. Every woman needs some sparkle in her life!
8. Earrings | This style of earrings is my favorite! I love a stud with a hoop attached because it makes the earrings so much more comfortable to wear.
Thanks so much for stopping by! Have a great weekend!
