Happy Friday! It is seriously a happy Friday around here! My husband will finally be back home and we are headed to the beach tomorrow for a quick getaway before the busyness of school begins again. The beach is my happy place and I am looking forward to going to our favorite places!
Today, I'm rounding up eight items that I am currently loving. This roundup is all about great basics for now and later. I love investing in items that I can get a lot of wear out of!
1. Cargo Pants | I have realized that basically all of my pants are jeans so I bought this pair to add something a little different to my wardrobe. The olive green is neutral enough to wear with so much and will transition perfect into fall with ankle boots.
2. Leather Tote | This tote has been on my wish list for a long time! I believe in investing in pieces that will last and that I will get a lot of use out of. A neutral leather tote is a great investment! Always remember the cost per wear equation. The cost of the item divided by how many times you will use it.
3. Henley Top | Basic black tops (that aren't skin tight) are my favorite! They are forgiving and flattering. I love this henley style top!
4. V-Neck Tee | I own this tee in white and it's so comfortable! I love the fit and the fabric is so soft. I think I need to add the gray to my closet as well.
5. Distressed Denim | Old Navy Rock Star jeans are my favorite! This distressed denim pair with a perfect mid rise are the best. And you know what's even better?! You can size down in these jeans. I think that makes them even more likeable.
6. Knit Cardigan | This lightweight cardigan looks so cozy! It would be so cute with shorts now and skinny jeans later.
7. Double Hoop Earrings | I can't get enough gold hoop earrings because they are such a classic. I love this ten dollar pair!
8. Lace Bralette | I bought this bralette last Saturday and I have worn it non-stop since! I love the gorgeous feminine details and it's super comfy!
