Health & Fitness: Day 26 & 27

I never got around to exercising yesterday. I was busy then I was lazy then busy again. Oh well. But I did start level 3 today. Oh. my. goodness. It's rough! Very challenging! But I do can it.



Day 26 Exercise:
-zero

Day 27 Exercise:
-20 minutes of the 30 Day Shred Level 3
