Health & Fitness: Day 14 & 15 + Weekly Weigh-In

I took yesterday off from exercising. I had done over a week straight. My body needed a day off so I listened and enjoyed it.
Today was my weekly weigh-in. I lost 1 lb. this week. I'm not really concerned with my weight loss this week because despite what the scale says, my body is making a lot of changes! I can SEE my results. I feel healthy and my clothes are fitting better each day. I still have to eat quite a few calories a day to keep up with breastfeeding so I'd say a pound is good progress!

Day 1 Weigh-In:
148 lbs.
Day 8 Weigh-In:
145 lbs.
Day 15 Weight-In:
144 lbs. for a total weight loss of 4 lbs.
First Goal Weight:
140 lbs. (pre-Olivia weight)
Second Goal Weight:
135 lbs.

Day 15 Exercise:
-20 minutes of the 30 Day Shred
